The second Special Department of the Presidium of ANAS has held the next seminar-training.

The event with participation of civil defense headquarters of the institute and organizations of ANAS was opened by chief department Eldar Guliyev who informed on the issues of agenda.

The civil defense seminars, trainings and other activities were organized on the basis of the "Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Civil Defense", the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) dated September 25, 1998, stated E. Guliyev.

The headquarters of the scientific institutions and organizations of ANAS were regularly informed about the rules of conduct in case of emergency situations. It is important to be able to use individual and collective protection, learn basic protection techniques for emergencies, adhere to rules of conduct established in extreme situations, grasp and apply the rules of first aid, he noted.

Speaking about the replacement of personal protective equipment by new ones at enterprises, Eldar Guliyev said that he had contacted the leadership of the Academy.
