Considering the authority period (till 28.02.2017-15.02.2018) of Dissertation Council confirmed by the resolution of the Presidium of Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of The Republic of Azerbaijan on 28.02.2017 (protocol № 03 –R) General scientific seminar (22 persons) has been established within D.01.021 Dissertation Council which operates in the institute under the chairmanship of corresponding member of ANAS, doctor of technical sciences, professor G.I.Kelbaliyev.
