Institute of Petrochemical Processes after Academician Y.Mamedaliyev held annual general meeting of the Division of Chemical Sciences (DCS) of ANAS on December 26. The meeting was attended by active and corresponding members of the Department, directors of institutes, Deputy Director for Research, laboratory heads, secretaries, scientists, members of the Problem Council on chemistry.

Opening the meeting, Academician secretary of DCS, corresponding member of ANAS Dilgem Tagiyev informed about the issues on the agenda.

Reports on scientific and organizational activities of scientific research institutes of Department in 2016 (Institute of Petrochemical Processes after acad. Y.Mamedaliyev, Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistryafter Acad. M.Nagiev, Institute of Chemistry of Additives after Academician Guliyev, Institute of Polymeric Materials) were listening.

At the General meeting acted rector of Baku State University, Academician Abel Maharramov, chairman of the Closed Joint Stock Company "National Centre for Nuclear Research"Academician Adil Garibov, corresponding member of ANAS Yavuz Rustamov, Doctor of Chemistry Sevinj Hajiyeva.

At the meeting were approved reports of scientific research institutes and the full members and corresponding members of the DCS.
