Director of the Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry of ANAS named after acad. M. Nagiyev on the occasion of the 80^th anniversary of the Institute declared the gratitude to 4 employees of the Institute with registration in their personal files. One of the employees is the corresponding member of ANAS Ali Nuriyev.  He has been working at the institute since 1954. In 1978, Ali Nuriyev was awarded with the State Prize of the USSR, according to foundation of “Technology of  obtaining clean carbon from Nakhchivan thermal waters ”. Currently, Ali Nuriyev continues working successfully at the «non-organic  synthetic sorption processes» department, he is the Head of «non-organic synthetic sorbents» laboratory.

The other two employees are Izida Mammadyarova, PhD in Chemistry, the leading researcher of the laboratory «Composited coats materials and corrosion protection» and PhD in Chemistry Aydin Kazimov. The leading researcher of «Scientific Publications» department, PhD in Chemistry Zoya Zaytseva is among the awarded employees. She has been the editor of  «Azerbaijan Chemistry Journal» for many years.
