November 4, was held an assembly of ANAS Council of Young Scientists and Specialists (CYSC) on a report preparation of the year.

At the event, chairman of CYSC, PhD in Physics Famin Salmanov noted, academic activities should be dominated in preparation of reports by domestic councils at the institutes. A single form will be used in preparation of reports, so they will reflect compherensive info about the youth’s vital achievements, published books, monographs and papers, including their participation in the international and local grant projects, conference and scientific symposia, he noted.

F. Salmanov stressed out the necessity of starting preparation of Action Plan, in addition to report of next year, and he noted that, promising suggestions will be added to the Action Plan of the Council for 2017. Positively appreciating the outputs of the international conference of Young Scientists and Specialists, which held in Ganja in October this year, he underlined the role of such events, organizing by care and attention of Academy, in integration of the youth into the world science.

Chairman also brought to mind the preparation of 3rd issue of “Young researcher” journal. Next edition of the journal will mainstream innovative papers, which have vital scientific results.

Council members - PhD in Geology-mineralogy Orkhan Abbasov, PhDs in Philology – Nail Gurbanov, Jahid Ismayiloghlu, PhD in Chemistry Afsun Sujayev and others shared their opinions on the issues of agenda.
