Mobile phones provoke "electronic insomnia"

This is a modern phenomenon, from which most of all suffer the children. Having completed a number of studies, the researchers came to the conclusion that an hour of time, which could be spent for sleeping, teens spend on their smartphones. Currently, about 45 percent of school-age children have "electronic insomnia" problem, which leads to a low concentration at the lesson and low digestibility of school material. People who do not adhere to the rules of sleeping, are at risk of developing cardiovascular disease, regardless of age, weight, smoking status and physical fitness.
