The proffered work has been dedicated to the electrochemical deposition of Sb-Se layers from tartaric acid as an electrolyte. In the course of research, the cyclic voltammetric polarization curves have been diagrammed by the potentiodynamic method. Sb-Se films have been deposited on different metals by potentiostatic and galvanostatic methods. The analysis of polarization curves and X-ray analysis of obtained samples indicate that Sb2Se3 was formed as a result of our research.
