The monograph investigated in details the reactions of epichlorohydrin with multifunctional compounds (hydroxy acids, amino acids, sulfonic acids, thioacids, keto alcohols oksisulfokislotami, oksiaminokislotami, aminothiophenol), as well as cyclic ketones, phenols, lactams, oximes. There were presented topics on the synthesis of cyclic and efiroketals and aminoketals, as well as questions of synthesis and the mechanism for obtaining mono- and diepox ethers of aromatic, naphthenic acids and unsaturated alcohols naphthenic series. The optimal synthesis conditions were studied, kinetics and mechanism of reactions, physico-chemical characteristics and applications of the specified field of multifunctional compounds were defined.
